In the midst of the pandemic, BOK Financial targeted their aging investor relations experience for a complete overhaul. The challenge was that the site could not resemble its consumer-facing counterpart for legal reasons. Another challenge was limited development capabilities due to preselected technology.

What followed was a detailed discovery process focused on the capabilities of the technology. Once completed, a design was created that was on-brand but distinct enough from the consumer-facing site to remain within legal boundaries. The resulting product was a significant upgrade in user experience for the bank’s investors.
