Agentech
From design sprint to working software. In weeks.
Agentech brings AI into insurance claims, turning dense records into organized information that claims professionals can review and act on. Pet insurance provided its first real-world application, with an engagement that moved from design sprint through validation and proof of concept to production-ready software in a matter of weeks.
The design centered on a practical question: once the technology has processed the information, how does a person make sense of it?
The Challenge
A pet’s medical history can span multiple clinics, inconsistent documents, and years of treatment. For claims professionals, dates, diagnoses, and policy context all matter.
The interface needed to make that information usable on an accelerated timeline. Moving quickly meant identifying the essential workflow, validating the direction, and carrying those decisions into software ready for real use.
The Approach
A focused design sprint established the core experience. Validation informed the direction, and a proof of concept made it tangible before the product progressed to production-ready software.
The pet profile anchors the interface, keeping identity, policy information, and coverage visible above a structured condition history. Conditions, dates, clinics, severity, and descriptions sit together in a consistent format, making records easier to scan and compare.
Search and date filters narrow the review. Severity labels combine color and text to highlight key information, while a restrained visual hierarchy keeps the dense workspace focused.
That clear structure supported the pace of the engagement, providing a consistent foundation as the experience moved from concept into implementation.
